Garibaldi's Legion

A first bunch of bases of mine New Orleans' Garibaldi Legion done with very little modifications of the very good Perry's Confederate infantry box. These guys never fight in reality but I like the look of red shirts and "Bersaglieri" caps. Trying to give them a "campaign appearence" not every one is dressed properly as the Don Troiani's drawing is illustrating.

I loved give them an Italian flag that for sure never get, or maybe yes, near a proper confederate one. Red trousers for the officer are mere guessing, as well as the white, red and green aspect of the drum.

A part any "creative License" that I made mine, these guys are doing particularly well in our Longstreet Campaign we are playing in our club: "Septimo Grado" in Madrid.
