Longstreet Campaign

So, just a little change. While building the Sardinian army for the War of Austrian Succesion, the Saxon are still there, waiting the last touches, our club in Madrid started a Longstreet Campaign. To which I applyed immediately :)
So why did not add the picture of BJ Barter, commander of my confedarete brigade?
That means that next project will be a lot of Perry's plastic soldiers to paint, i'll never find the time, but aren't new projects that keeps wargamers alive?

The Saxon Army almost done

It's quite a year that I start the project and after change of rules (from Konig Krieg to Maurice) and the forced change of bases, the interest on BAR series of boardgame and thousands of others delaying reasons, I can (proudly?) show at least a part of the Saxon Army.
Some units are still missing: the Graf Bruhl chevaulegers, a couple of Kreis Regiments, the Kurprinzessin grenadiers and a Pulk of lancers. but it won't take too many time, furtheremore beacuase I need space on my painting table for some hoplites and the Sardinian army...

The Guard with their white gaiters

Leib-Grenadier Garde Regiment

A vision of the partial army.

The commander discussing the plan (do the Saxons had had a plan?)

The Artillery. The focus problem is due to the fire of the guns.

Graf Rutowsky Chevauleger.

The guards always wants a second shot.

Koenig Krieg Itallian Tournament

It was a large weekend in Feltre (a little and wonderful town in the Veneto region in Italy) for the first Italian Tournament of Koenig Krieg v3.
Only six players dare to challenge the cold mountains, in this last weekend of January, but six braves that cross their bayonets (and swords) with one goal in mind: brig the cup back home.
